Innovation Project Managers and Project Developers
Innovayt is looking for talented and motivated innovation project managers and project developers. You will be engaged with the development, design and presentation of research and technology projects – and their associated business plans. The tasks and project responsibilities, conducted on behalf of our large portfolio of primarily Northern European clients, are cross?disciplinary and combine several engineering and management disciplines.
You will be joining a growing, international team of innovation buffs and experts – all dedicated to solving the many different innovation and technology challenges of our clients, who include everything from large multi?nationals to Government agencies and small SMEs. We work in teams around projects – but we value and demand creativity, initiative and individual responsibility from everyone in the team.
You will be based at our Portuguese branch office in Braga or in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Innovayt is a Copenhagen?based innovation and research consulting company assisting public authorities and companies with innovation and technology projects and related activities. The company´s expertise lies within the field of public funding programmes – particularly concerning realization of concrete innovation projects through the EUs Framework Programmes for research and development. Moreover, Innovayt assist with various tools and services aimed at building innovation capability, optimizing technology innovation and with public policy analysis for business development agencies and public authorities. The company is lead by 5 partners and, in addition, has 7 consultants/ researchers.

Required Skills and profile
The envisaged candidates combine all or most of the following requirements:
- Finalized or in final year of engineering or other relevant degree. Post?doc experience is an advantage but not a requirement
- Experience with/knowledge of applied & industrial research, business model development and management consulting
- Strong analytical capacity and experience with complex and research?related problemsolving
- Excellent drafting skills and ability to present ideas, concepts and scientific arguments in concise and easily understandable written format
- Excellent English – both writing and speaking is an essential requirement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate extensively with partners and colleagues from a variety of professional, lingual, and cultural backgrounds
- Flexibility, punctuality, stress resistance and ability to endure long working days during peak periods.
