Julius von Ingelheim, Human Resources Manager, Volkswagen Autoeuropa
Julius von Ingelheim will address the challenge for human resource management in the subsidiary of a global corporation in one of the most competitive manufacturing sectors. Drawing on the success that Autoeuropa has achieved in process innovation by agreement and flexibility by consent, he it will indicate and suggest new dimensions for social partnership at plant and operational levels of relevance to other foreign direct investment in Portugal.
